Package Your Gear
Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure package, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
